Do not return before your call for pickup.
Under 0 circumstances return for your dog if we have not called you. We may offer a “suggested” or approximate time frame but do not return before receiving your call. This is a SAFETY POLICY. The best way to check-in is to send us a text to 905-328-0559.
Prices are based on regular grooming schedules.
Are you late?
Clients that arrive 15 minutes past their scheduled grooming service appointment time may have to be rescheduled for a later time and/or date.

We offer a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee. Within 24 hours let the groomer know of anything you may not be happy with so we can make the haircut right, free of charge (ex. Extra trimming, shorter length, etc)
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide 24 hours notice of any cancellations or a charge of $50 will be applied to your file.

Payment AFTER Services
No Show, No Call Policy
No-show’s and No Calls will be charged 100% of the groom they had intended on that day, and must be paid in full before any future services will be rendered.
