Cancellations
At The Canine Cartel, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your appointments. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients’ needs, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another furry friend in need. Please remember that cancellations must be made by calling or leaving a voicemail. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $25 charge being applied to your file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
