No Call & No Show Policy
In order to provide the best care for all our furry friends, we kindly request that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When we do not receive a call or you are a no-show, you will be responsible for 100% charge of the intended grooming service.
