Pickup Timing
Our top priority is your furry friend’s safety. That’s why we have a strict policy in place when it comes to pick-ups. For everyone’s well-being, we kindly ask that you do not return to pick up your dog before we call you. Our grooming salon is equipped with sharp tools, and we want to avoid any potential accidents or harm to your beloved pet. Our open floor plan can make things even more challenging as your dog may become overly excited upon seeing you, creating an unsafe environment. We want to provide the best grooming experience for your dog, which means allowing them to settle down before we continue with the grooming process. This may take some additional time, which will be reflected in the grooming cost. Our goal is to have your dog looking and feeling their best when you pick them up, so we kindly ask for your patience. For efficient communication, please send us a text to 905-328-0559 to check-in. Please note that continuous early pick-ups without our notification may result in our inability to continue providing our services.
